Low Income Housing Tax Credit Equity - $2,080,000
Federal Home Loan Bank - Affordable Housing Program Grant of $500,000
Housing Finance Authority of Broward County low interest loan - $100,000
Florida Housing Finance Corp. - Tax Exempt Multi-Family Bonds - $3,500,000

7) CypressGrove Apartments, Lauderhill, FL. –
is an 814 unit property managed by Reliance Housing Services. CypressGrove Apartments was originally acquired in 2002 utilizing 501(c)(3) tax exempt bonds. Subsequently these bonds were redeemed and replaced by private activity bonds issued by the Broward County Housing Finance Authority. The property was renovated at an approximate cost of $22,000,000.
