Resident Empowerment Programs

Reliance® is continually developing and implementing programs designed to empower low income residents of the communities we serve. We design programs that meet the specific needs of each rental property we acquire and implement them in conjunction with our property management company and local service providers.

Examples of programs in use or planned for implementation include:

• On site After-School Program

• On site Summer Camp Programs

• On site Job Recruitment

• On site Health Fairs

• Social Service Referrals to Community Agencies

• Preschool Facilities – on site and subsidized

• GED High School Equivalency and Job Training Programs

• Homeownership Programs – credit for 5% of rent paid on time toward subsequent home purchase

• Tenant’s / Resident’s Council

• On site Computer Learning Centers

• Welfare to Work Programs
