As Reliance’s senior staff member, he is responsible for planning and administering all programs and activities. Mr. Jackson has over 20 years experience in acquisition, development and rehabilitation of multifamily housing.
 

Stephen R. Janton, Director/Vice President

Mr. Janton is a co-founder and serves as the Vice President of Reliance Housing Foundation, Inc. He is also a past Reliance staff Vice President of Development/Construction. He has extensive experience in the development, acquisition, financing and renovation of single family homes and multi-family properties.

Mr. Capelle is one of the founding members of the Board of Directors of Reliance and serves as Vice President of Operations. He has an extensive background in commercial lending, financial information systems and human resource management. Prior to his employment with Reliance, Mr. Capelle was a principal owner of a high-tech consulting firm.

Summer Greene, Director

Ms. Greene has a BS from Nova University and an MBA from Barry University. Ms. Greene has been a successful real estate professional in South Florida for the past 14 years, is a manager with Prudential Florida 1st Realty, the President-Elect, President and Past President of the Realtor Assoc. of Greater Fort Lauderdale, and District VP of Florida Assoc of Realtors. Ms. Greene was awarded 2004 Realtor of the Year from Realtor Association of Greater Fort Lauderdale.
 

Chuck Poole, Director
Wilton Manors, FL
Mr. Poole is retired from Eastman Kodak after 29 years where he was a District Service Manager for 21 years and Field Service Rep for 7 years. Mr. Poole is active in volunteer work for Community HealthCare Center One, serves on the Wilton Manors Main Street Project Committee and an Area Rep for Homeowners Association.
 

 
Fred Lutz, Director/Treasurer

Mr. Lutz is employed by Constantia Hueck Foils. He has an M.B.A from Drexel Univ. and a B.S. in accounting. Mr. Lutz is active in the St. Edmonds School Alumni Association.
 

Marie DiPrinzio, Director/Secretary
Chadds Ford, PA
Ms. DiPrinzio is an R.N. and also holds an M.B.A. in health care administration. She is employed by MEDecision.
 

 
Lucille M. Librizzi, Director

Ms. Librizzi is a Certified Property Manager and has been associated with Trammel Crow Company, now CB Richard Ellis | Global Corporate Services, since 1998 where she currently serves as the Director of Facility Management and Engineering for the Southeast United States operations of American Express. Ms. Librizzi is a graduate of Barry University and is professionally affiliated with the Institute of Real Estate Management, Big Brothers/Big Sisters, and the AJC Children’s Foundation.
